DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC LOCATION!! I
have gone there several times trying to give them another chance, but every single time I go, the food is gross. One time, I bit into my corn dog and it was completely frozen inside. Today, I tried it again and my fries were barely cooked and my cheeseburger was so cold that the cheese wasnt even melted. I can understand having one bad experience, but after trying it several times now, Im officially done. I just hope I dont get food poisoning after today's lunch.

Retro-outfitted servers deliver burgers, malts and sandwiches to your car at this '50s-style drive-in chain..
In Short
Founded in 1953 as a hamburger-and-root-beer stand, this nostalgic eatery is known for its intercom ordering system and roller-skating carhops. While servers rarely roller skate anymore, the famous made-to-order, all-beef burgers and thick malts are still menu favorites. Other signature items include Toaster sandwiches (made with thick Texas toast), extra-long chili and cheese hot dogs and hand-battered onion rings and tater tots. Desserts include chocolate, vanilla and strawberry shakes and fresh fruit slushes.

Foot Long Heaven.
Sonic is a great fast food stop with old fashion style burgers piled high with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Their foot long chili dogs, with onions and cheese, is the best I have ever had.

BEST SLOPPY BURGERS YET!!.
SINCE LEAVING CALIFORNIA 13 YEARS AGO, NOT UNTIL NOW HAVE I FOUND A BURGER TO SATISFY ME LIKE THESE. I AM SPOILED BY CALIFORNIAS "IN-N-OUT" RESTAURANTS/DRIVE-INS. THEY ARE THE #1 BURGERS FOR ME, THEN NEXT IS SONIC. SORRY BUT THATS HOW I FEEL. IF I CANT GET MY"IN-N-OUT", THEN I WILL TAKE A SONIC BURGER OVER ALL OTHER FAST FOOD PLACES HERE IN KANSAS.

small.
The tomatoes are bigger than the hamburger patty. The buns are usually a little soggy. The lettuce is in little pieces and so is the onion.

Sonic has the best classic burger!.
I grew up where Sonic Drive-In has always been a popular place to eat with the family & also to hang out with friends on a Friday or Saturday night. I wanted to vote for Sonic Drive-In - Oklahoma City, but my city was not listed, so I chose Kansas City. Sonic is not "catered" to one type of class or to a specific age group. There is something for everyone! It is one of the very few places left that serves that classic burger & fries appeal. My parents & grandparents grew up knowing & loving it and I will continue the tradition as a favorite with my family.

Sonic is everywhere.
While Winstead's is KC's most famous burger place, Sonic beats them on price, value, flavor and variety. Heck even McDonald's is better than most of the places listed here!
