Mark is amazing, His mechanics not so much...

After many visits and hopeful tries I am deciding to look elsewhere. The work Mr. Trokey does himself is undeniably GREAT, however recently he's left a majority of the work up to his assistants; who's work is spotty and inconsistent - and sometimes downright rude. Multiple times, I ended up bringing the car back to them (only days later) for the same problem because they 'missed' something. And you pay for it too. They try to save you money by not selling you anything unless you need it, but as a result, the problem isn't fully repaired. THEN, you have to bring the car back - or have it towed back - and wait for days before they attend to it again - giving you no remorse (emotionally or monetarily) for the fact you've already waited and PAID. The last straw was when Trokey's mechanics told me "its your fault" and the reason the car wasn't fixed was because "you drive your car into the ground" Not cool.
