Great Service With Gown Gallery

I worked with Veronica and has a great experince!! Me and all eight of the ladies in my wedding party went in at one time and she was very very patience with us! Them she also help all then men in our wedding she was very good! Thanks Veronica!!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service - should have a "no star" rating

Terrible customer service. The employees are very young and unexperienced. When you spend thousands on a wedding, you expect better than this type of service. Avoid this shop at all costs!

Great service

I have a couple friends who have gotten married and are getting married and they all have had great experiences at The Gown Gallery. I highly recommend this shop for a couple reasons: 1. One of my friends was pregnant and every other bridal shop we went to looked down on her and acted surprised when she told them she was pregnant. The Gown Gallery treated her just as special as any other bride. The sales consultant helped her determine what size and the best style to order considering her situation, not knowing how big she would get, etc. The gown came in and the seamstress made it fit perfectly. 2. Another friend of mine got her wedding gown, and the entire wedding party's attire, including tuxedos at The Gown Gallery. A lot of the men were from out of town, but somehow The Gown Gallery got them all suited up and looking sharp within the short time they arrived before the wedding. Most of all, the mothers looked fabulous. The mother of the bride is plus size (like a majority of moms who don't wear a size 2) and I could tell she felt confident knowing that she looked great in her gown and knowing she was able to focus on her daughter's important day. The bride and the wedding were so beautiful!

I highly recommend this store. I know I will get my gown and my attendants' gowns and tuxedos from The Gown Gallery when I get married!
