Tips for New Creations Salon

I went to New Creations Salon this afternoon after months of neglecting my own hair and I have to say that I left 110% satisfied. Tiffany did an incredible job with the cut and she took the time to teach me how to blow dry my own hair so that I could recreate the salon-fresh look that she gave me. Simply put, it was the best hair cut & blow dry that I've ever had and I will definitely be back every 12 weeks to keep my hair looking and feeling great! Also, the salon is Super Cute!! Thank you guys so so SO much!

I loved my cut and color. It was
exactly what I wanted. The staff was friendly and most importantly I got what I wanted!!! I asked for natural highlights and low-lights and my stylist made them so natural that 4 months went by and I can hardly notice my roots.
It’s like the stylist knew the exact shade that the sun would lighten my natural hair color to because my "roots" are barely noticeable. After four months!!
I got bangs and even my cut has grown out with grace. I know I shouldn't go this long between cuts but the style and color just grew with me and I hardly noticed I needed anything done.. You pay for Quality right?? I would recommend this place to anyone!

fun and educational!. Loved, loved, loved it.... both the stylists working the day I went in were super helpful and so funny. I would recommend to anyone. You can't go wrong with whoever does your hair here.

I Stumbled on a Gem!. Ginger is the best stylist I have found in Kansas City! She cuts hair :old style: taking time to wash, cut, dry and go through the whole cut again to make sure it falls right-then styles it for you-she takes her time, 45-60 minutes minimum, to MAKE SURE you are happy with the cut. I love the hours too! Evenings almost all week-so working woman friendly! Ginger took me as a walk in new client on 5:45 on a Friday, but took all the time I needed-I just can't say enough how much I have enjoyed getting my hair done by Ginger for the last year-and she SPECIALIZES in curly hair.

LOVE THIS PLACE!. This is my new favorite place! Super close to home, the place is clean, well taken care of, and the staff is super nice and the atmosphere is very relaxed. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of! I went for my first brazilian wax, I was beyond terrified, but Sandra made the experience as pain-less as possible. She had me in and out in no time. Recommending this place to all of my friends!

Don't Do It. Ok experience starting off. I went a few years back and my stylist was Lindsey. She was great but the owner was rude to me so I stopped going. Recently I decided to give them another shot and again, the stylist was ok, not as good as Lindsey but ok. I felt that it wasn't worth what they charge though. Fast forward 2 months, I couldn't get in with my regular salon so I made an appointment there. The day of, something came up and I had to reschedule. When I called I was told "get your hair done somewhere else, you've had several cancellations and we can't sustain that". I responded that this was actually my first cancellation and they must have me confused with someone else, but I will certainly NEVER be back. Overall, not worth the money and dealing with the attitudes. The service sucked and the actual work was just mediocre. Take your hair and money elsewhere.

I'm sorry you felt I was rude, that was not my intention. It was not your first cancellation, it was the 3rd, in one week. Everyone has to reschedule, but that's not what happened here.You had an appt. last Sat. you called after your appt & we gladly rescheduled you for Thurs. You called 30 min. after appt. time and said you couldn't make it; we scheduled you for Saturday. Sat. you called 20 min. after appt. 6 hrs in 1 week is ALOT of time to set aside for someone when they don't show up.

Great Experience. I was looking to try the Deva haircut, I found these guys on their website. Ginger did an amazing job on my hair. I have curly hair that is very hard to cut, but she totally got it. You can tell a great haircut by how it grows out. I saw Ginger 2 months ago and it is growing out perfectly. I am sooo picky about my hair so I am very happy to have found a great place. She also introduced me to the Deva products and showed me exactly how to use them. I have been learning a completely new way of washing & styling my hair and it shows!! My curls have never looked better. Don't hesitate to make an appointment. Thank you Ginger!!!!!

My Hair is Happy! So am I.. I love this place. Lindsey was fabulous. Totally exceeded my expectations. My hair is a great shape and is super easy to style, which is really saying a lot. I will definitely be going back. Great find!!

I LOVE MY SKIN, Thank you!. I just got my skin done last week and I absolutely Love it! I have gotten so many complements. I am literally glowing. I had a microdermabrasion treatment she also used an ultrasound machine on my skin. I've never had the ultrasound before, it felt like a massage and was very relaxing. I wasn't red the next day at all; no peeling or dryness; which I typically have for 2 to 3 days. My skin is much smoother, softer, plus a small sun spot on my cheek that has been there for some time is literally gone! I am amazed. I've never had such results with just one treatment and I have had many microdermabrasion treatments over the years. My friend kept touching my face and said I look 5 yrs younger! I don't know about that, but I do think my skin looks great and I am thrilled. I will definitely be going back. I am excitedly awaiting my next appointment. Sandra was funny, sweet and very knowledgeable about skin. Thank you for such a relaxing time and awesome results.

Amazing Find !. I have been getting my hair done in St. Louis even after I moved back to KC 2 years ago...I am obviously a loyal and picky client, but I decided that I needed to find a salon here in town...after much research and reading many reviews on many salons I found Stephanie. I have gone to her twice already (in the 4 months I have been here), I felt confident enough with her to make a big change, I cut 5 inches off to achieve the volume & body I was yearning for. I was extremely happy with the results. The second time I saw her she did my color and it was amazing, she mixed golden and blond highlights in my auburn hair and made it look natural without being boring. Besides being a talented hair artist she is also an amazing person to talk to and makes you feel at ease as soon as you sit down in her chair. The salon is small and charming, and it definitely one of the best kept secrets in KC..I am surprised there is not a waiting list out the door for this place. I wish I would have found her sooner and saved myself a ton of time and money traveling, I definitely recommend this salon and Stephanie.
