Excellent Service, Friendly staff w/ personal service!!. These guys were great, Ive been looking for a new repair facility and was recommended by my co-workers. They did a great job evaluating my car issues and found some other problems that they made me aware of but explained I didn't need to immediately address them. The work was ready when promised and as far as I can tell fixed right the first time. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. Wornall Automotive is a rip off.
if thieves and liars were legitimate business people then they would all be working at wornall automotive.
one or two fat slobs act like they are somehow in control, while a bunch of smoking, tatooed punks rip into your vehicle.
oh, you'll need this test or that proceedure to check if you need that work, just leave your car here, we'll get to it.
they make most of thier money off thier vehicle inspection racket.
one of the fat slobs directed the punk smoking tatooed kid who was inspecting my car that the pitman arm needed to be replaced.
what a joke, i took my car to my mechanic and he just shook his head - the pitman arm has no joints to go bad.
so, instead of getting $1000 in repairs at wornall automotive, i'd save your money and shop elsewhere.
this shop is a front for fraud and should be shut down.…

It's like a spa, for cars. I've been taking my cars here for almost ten years. They are always friendly, and always helpful. I trust them completely especially since I know nothing about cars. They are informative and thorough, which can be overwhelming, but they do it with the customer's best interests in mind. Great Service. The staff at Wornall Automotive is great. They do great work at reasonable prices. The get repairs done in a timely manner. I have been using them since 2007 and have always had great service.
