Great haircut. Few of my friends were in town for a wedding , after I called few other salons I finally made a few appointments a for blow dry style and pedicure. I have to say we were late, for our apportments and one was paying for the others, it was a mess and some forgot their credit cards..... but the salon owners, were so cooperative and sooooo nice , they got the whole salon working around us going from pedicure chair to shampoo bowl to the stylist chair and out the door. It was amazing , we all looked beautiful and had so much fun in the salon and at the wedding. Thank you everyone! you guys are great

Poor Customer Service. I had been a repeat customer for over a year. Upon every visit, even though I had an appointment every time, I had to wait atleast 15 minutes for Maggie to get to me. I never once complained. I then arrive 7 minutes late to an appointment and she proceeds to scream at me from across the salon how she is on a tight schedule and refuses to grant me serive, after I have always patiently waited for her. I will never return to this salon and urge others not to unless you want poor customer servie!!!

THE BEST!. Salon Sophia is the best salon I have ever gone to. The atmosphere and service is phenomenal! I had a complete transformation by Maggie. I got highlights and extensions. My hair has never looked better, it's full and long. I highly recommend this Salon to anyone.

What a GREAT place. Thank you Emilio for such friendly, professional service that you offer at the Salon. I always enjoy the conversation, laughter and the smile that you have on my face when I leave. The Salon is a beautiful place to go and safe. Thats why I feel comfortable driving all the way from North Kansas City.

THANK YOU!!!!!. I was last weekend for a wedding and my stylist was GREAT. I recommend this high class salon to anyone. If your attending a wedding or special event....WOW, the styles you can get there and wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. Thank you to all the people there for my pleasant experience.

A Great Place. I have had my haircut there many times. I have been going to my hairstylist for at least 10 years. The service that they give is exceptional. I would highly reccomend this salon to anyone. I have my regular stylist but watching the others work, they sure know what there doing.

The Word Salon Should Be Taken Out. I had an appt. with Maggie at Salon Sofia on the Plaza yesterday. Usually, I am very neurotic about who cuts my hair or even lays a hand on it. But having been to Salon Sofia twice 3.5 years ago, I went in without too much of a hesitation. However, I wish someone would have dragged me out cussing. Maggie not only did not follow what I had told her, not to cut the length but also decided to cut my bangs far to short that the hairs stick outward. My bangs not only look like porcupine needles but my layers look as though they have been cut by garden hedges. I have never said or done anything about have terrible service in any industry but this has taken me to a whole other level.

Awful Service. I read the reviews beforehand and still decided to give this salon a try. I called ahead to make an appointment and arrived on time. They let me wait fifteen minutes before telling me they were running another thirty minutes late. They did not apologize or make any attempt to fix the situation. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and am surprised they can stay in business with such poor customer service and rude employees.

Terrible Service. I scheduled an appointment and showed up on time, but they were not ready for me. They could have told me to come back in half hour or so, but they told me that they are almost ready for me and continue to chat with one another and goof about. I end up sitting there waiting, for nearly one hour and still did not receive service. Very rude.
