Oh had I only not strayed! : (. I love blanc plume and I am paying for not sending my comforter there this time. I had bought a beautiful natural down comforter from allergybuyersclub online. When my cat peed on it while we were on vacation (and I mean PEED on it bad) I read the instructions and it recommended Blanc Plum. So I called them and let them know I was sending it (I live in NY). The woman on the phone was so very nice (again, I am in NY, you just don't get that very often). I told her that out of spite I think our cat peed, and peed and went back to pe* some more on our bed while we were away in Italy and that the must have already been there a week. So is sent it in and they sent it back to me. I was sooooo amazed, it's like the accident never happened. Blanc Plum is wonderful, so when my cat peed on the bed AGAIN, I packed it up and sent it right out. Same result, wonderful! Sadly this time my daughters beautiful almost new comforter was the victim (yes, my cat has issues) and instead of sending it out to blanc plume, I went to my local "Green" dry cleaner that I had just found and they ruined it (shrunken, distorted, deformed) I have learned my lesson, and just because someone else is "green" it does not mean they know what the hell they are doing. Blanc Plume's is real quality and customer service. Thanks! I will be back (especially since I still have my cat, it's only a matter of time)
