Please don't waste your money.. I gave this place 3+ years to get it together, but it just kept getting worse. Bad subs, soggy, bland. Bad service, went tonight, paid, tipped, NO thank you, NO eye contact. Got home with sub ordered dry, had loads of sauce. Terrible. On top of that, I was THE only person in the place. Never a good sign in a restaurant.

Planet Sub started in the late '70s as Yello Sub of Lawrence, Kan., and branched into other states in 1997. Each location has its own design and atmosphere, with original wall images similar to the Beatles' "Yellow Submarine" cartoon. College students, families wanting an inexpensive dinner and business folks stopping in for lunch find turkey, roast beef, portobello mushrooms and other veggies on oven-baked bread. Sides include chips, cookies and potato salad.

better than stupid subway!. My parents drive all the way from Wichita just to have a planet sub...try the planet bbq with pickles!
