A little disappointed. I went here for the first time this weekend. My family and I were enjoying the Plaza lights, and thought we'd grab a quick bite. Unfortunately, they don't take reservations, and when we went in at five, the wait was already an hour to an hour and a half! However, it ended up taking almost two hours to be seated. My salad was tasty, but my fiance's ribs were just terrible. They were described in the menu as "fall off the bone," but I actually was unable to wrench the meat off the bone to have a taste. I was able to cut it off with a steak knife. Anyway, when we mentioned it to our waitress, she didn't do anything about it! I wish she would have offered him something else, or at least given us a discount. Based on my one experience, I don't think I'll be back. There are so many better options in the area!

Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

YUMMY!!!. You have to walk to get to the Cheesecake Factory, but it is well worth it!! The atmosphere was nice without being stuffy. The lemonade was delicious. The meals were great, and the cheesecake...WOW!! If you go to the plaza, go here!

Go for a fun time.. I had no problem with the crowds. It did have noise, but some people like that. There wasn't a problem with hearing anyone in your party. Yes I did have to wait, but there are so many people its fun to people watch while you wait. You can order half portions, but I'm not complaining when I get to take home a nice dinner for later. The food was great and the service was just as good. The number of people and level of noise on the inside doesn't make it very romantic. If that's what you are looking for then you should ask to be seated outside and away from the main doors. After I read some of the reviews on the service I'd like to point out that it's a very busy and very big place. Your waitress is only human and can have a bad day too.

Englishmans review of a KC delight. great - absolutely great -been three times now, one in a large crowd, once with family and one just two of us. Crabcak sandwish brilliant, desert to die for and I do not eat desert!! Both times had less than 30 minutes to wait - both at Saturday Dinner time. Menu was so extensive that is what took the most time -to read through it all!
