Listen to what Nunyaz Said. These people are ridiculous. For the longest time, they couldn't even take a payment over the phone, we had to mail a check in. They don't do bi-weekly payments, (which my prior mortgage company did) they don't take partial payments. (Again, my prior mortgage company did) Now that I'm trying to get caught up on my payment which I missed last month, (due to a low commission check) they will not take my payment over the phone, unless I pay both last month, and this month at the same time. I explained to them that I will pay this month in 7 more days, she stated, that I would have to wait until I could pay both payments over the phone. It's ludicrous, a waste of my time, and every time I call them, its something else. Always a major inconvenience with these people. As soon as I get my credit situated, I plan to refinance with another Mortgage company that can help me on MY terms, not theirs. Sad thing is, my previous mortgage was a much better mortgage company to deal with, and I only left them to get a 1% lower APR with James B Nutter, and it was NOT worth it. Lesson learned. Keep looking, don't waste your time with these people.…
Run while you can!. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called them and let them know my job ended and that I was going to have problems, and they told me they couldn't help me until I was 3 months late on my mortgage. They are very old school. They call from call blocked phones. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. They offered me nothing constructive, only headaches. Customer no service.
