Inhale Custom Glass. The glass business is tough enough without every other shop trying to bust the other's balls. If you're out in the Blue Springs area you need to stop in and check out Inhale Custom Glass in the old big nick's location on 7hwy. Acoustic Guitars (GIbson, Fender, Ovation), Strings, Straps, Tuners, Djembes, Didgeridoos, Congas, Bongos, Hemp wear, jewlry, and the nicest glass outside of the westport/downtown area. RooR, PH(x), AMG, BioHazard, Pure, O.G., Vortex, Chameleon, Phat Tubes, Inhale Hookah's, Kahlil Mamoon, Volcano, Extreme Q, Magic Flight, Vapor Brothers, the list goes on and on. I'll beat any legit price quote from any other store. Stop in, Jam out, beat a drum, feed a hippy!!!

Nice selection, good prices. I visited this place for the first time today. It's small, but packed with tons of glass both commercial and locally blown. They have a large selection of water pipes both locally blown art glass and also the big names such as ROOR. The glass is decently priced, not too high, but not an amazing deal. The gentleman behind the counter had a lot of information about the locally blown glass and really knew his stuff. He explained the pros and cons of a number of pieces, both to myself and a friend as well as other customers. Good value, and a nice environment, can't really ask for more. Would definitely go back.

don't listen to jools68 - they don't know what they are talking about. Obviously jools68 has never been to a headshop - EVERY one I have been to in the United States has a no return policy to protect the store owners from liability. Next time I suggest that they don't smoke before going shopping for a pipe and buy what they intended to buy. The employee shouldn't have offered a discount to such a bonehead, but it was nice of them to do so.

As for Cooper's itself, I haven't been there in years but would recommend it for the average smoker - there's nothing too special but definitely a good selection of glass.

Find another smokeshop this place doesn't care about customer service. I purchased some glassware from Cooper's and after realizing it was the wrong size I tried to take it back for a simple exchange, less than 24 hours after the original purchase, and was denied. Like I said it was less than 24 hours, I had my receipt, the glass still had the pricetag sticker on it, and I was not asking for a return but simply an exchange. I was told that I could have taken it home and used it a thousand times and then cleaned it before bringing it back. The person at the counter obviously had no common sense and does not care about customer service. It's not too hard to find another shop in Kansas City and that's exactly what I recommend you do. The scumbag actually offered me a 10% discount on a new purchase and wanted me to buy something else. You've got to be kidding me.
