Tacos and burritos are custom-made with fresh ingredients at this industrial-chic Mexican chain.. In Short Boasting a sleek decor of blond wood, raw steel and exposed pipes, this taqueria hums with conversation and an eclectic mix of piped-in salsa, rock and reggae. Patrons--mostly on-the-go professionals and parents with kids in tow--line up at an assembly-line style counter for hard and soft tacos or burritos (regular, fajita-style or without the tortilla) made with fillings like grilled chicken or steak, free-range pork or shredded beef.
Chipotle is the shiznit....
First off, that jimbo guy is a complete moron. I first discovered chipotle when they were still a denver only restaurant. I was so happy that they opened in different cities at the same time I left Denver. I have not stopped eating at chipotle in over ten years now. Everyone I've taken there instantly became addicted. It's just some damn good fresh food for a good price.
I'm so stuffed.....
That's how I feel every time I leave Chipotle. I don't know if I pronounce it correctly, but I love it. I always finish the entire burrito, then can forget about eating the rest of the day! The hot is definitely "HOT!", so I usually mix it 50/50 with the medium. Great place for lunch.
Good, fast, and cheap.
I like Chipotle's because they make your order right in front of you like at Subway. Nothing on the menu is expensive. If you don't need an intimate atmosphere, alcohol with your meal, can carry your own tray, and you don't want to finance a small country, then this is the place for you. I wish they would put one up North.
The burritos are huge and the chips and salsa delicious! This design-your-own burrito joint offers you the opportunity to truly have it your way. If you have a big appetite, you will walk away satisfied - if your appetite is smaller, you will walk away with leftovers!
