Fresh Food, Value for Money, Good Service. Not only their food are very fresh, they have excellent service! I am usually picky about the freshness of all seafood, this restaurant serves fresh food. I found their fish are fresh; when I tried one dish I didn't like the flavor they offered me for a change with no charge, very impressed! Highly recommend.

Food is GREAT! And so are the prices!. I don't know what that one reviewer was talking about..have never paid over $30 for TWO of us! And that is stretching it. Food is always GOOD, always HOT, even the take out stays very hot all the way home! Best Chinese food in KC as far as I am concerened.

I love the appetizers and the portions are very generous for all the meals. I will drive 15 miles from my home to get food at New Peking.

Staff is always friendly and helpful - I recommend New Peking very highly!

Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about.... I'm not sure what the reviewer was talking about when they said overpriced. We get 2 entrees, sizzling rice soup for 2 and tea and it is $30ish (before tax). Maybe they meant somewhere else. The food is very fresh and the service is good.

Overated Chinese Food ;-(. Way Too Expensive! I have talked to Chinese people about this place and they avoid this restaurant because of price and also not authentic. The Chinese dishes are beautiful but small portion compare to other places. Two adults and Two children and more than $90 bill? No Way!

Authentic Chinese. It's not easy to find authentic Chinese cuisine in the midwest. However if anywhere for a conveneint location and knockout bargain, New Peking is the place. Onion Cakes are a must try.

The Best Secret In Wesport. We have been going to New Peking for about 7 years, maybe more? It is a fantastic place, great food, great people, great prices. There are so many places to go in Westport that this gets overlooked. Everything is made fresh. Prices are very reasonable.

Good Food -- Good Price. The New Peking has been a staple on the Kansas City scene for 20 some years. The food is excellent -- and the value is quite good, too. Their appetizers and soup are some of the best in the city. This is a good place to dine -- you can go elegant or casual.
