Be honest.
The other review must be corporate.
The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. As for "if you forgot something", forget it. They did not have aspirin or hair spray, so no help there.
Due to family issues ad several trip to KU Med.
The parking lot is shared by a college bar so evening parking is a problem. The point system is to confusing.
