really nice Jazz place, great jazz..
I walked in off the street cause it looked like it was happening. Very friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. There was good jazz playing and it looked like it was drawing some jazz fanatics. Not really a singles place, mostly older couples. The sating was great, close to stage, further up, larger tables or smaller. Music wasn't too late and it was somewhat romantic.
The booz was great with a small but functional bar.

Editorial Review by Christy Buena.
A selection of jazz artists perform at the venue that also serves as a club for college students.

Hanging on the Vine.
You'll hear quality Jazz and witness the good facets of musicianship. Veterans passing along knowledge to the young, Mix and Match groupings of players producing quality entertainment. Smoke-Free environment (You'll leave smelling no worse than when you came in). Good service. Decor reminiscent of "K.C's" Jazz heyday. Unfortunately no food (Designated part of the American Jazz Museum) Local musicians grace the stage throughout the month. 3 to 4 times in that period headliner groups make their statement known.
