Ponaks is traditional mexican fare. I've eaten there for 20 years and have never had a problem. The wait on friday and saturday is very worth it. ... headed there tonight!

Come to Ponaks for the best Mexican restaurant around, good prices, good service, when you are there you feel like one of the family. Also good margaritas.

Hordes of delicious food for nothing. Although many of us got platters (the #16 with 2 burritos is my particular sin), others at the table managed to stuff themselves for under $5. The service was great - the waitress and the bartender were both really helpful with suggestions and recommendations, as well as making sure that our drinks never ran out. Packed during the lunch hour, but always worth the wait.
