Terrible Customer Service. Ronnoco by far are the worst coffee service we have ever used. They promise the sun, the moon and the stars & deliver dirt. It is hard to get in contact with the sales rep, which by the way we have had about four different ones in the past year. They show up to change the water filter and never have the 'right filter' with them. They show up and say they don't have our coffee on the truck 'someone' loaded the wrong brand. They ALWAYS say they will be back the next day to rectify the mistake and then they NEVER show up the next day. We do not see them again until the next scheduled delivery unless we call to complain/remind them and that is not right. But that is alright Ronnoco, your days are numbered baby, and I can't wait to give you the boot! Bottom line is DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR COFFEE NEEDS!
