Just plain RUDE!!!. I have gone here a few times just because I didn't know where else to go. The 1st time was not that bat but by no means was it great. The clearks are unpolite and fake and it always feels lie the stylest are talking about you with one another. The very plus side of the salon it the cleaning lady she is always smiling and very VERY friendly. So if you want to pay approx $150 plus tip for a nice smile from one person who will work with you indirectly then Naturally is you place.

A Worthwhile Experience. My first visit at Naturally was a Mother's Day gift. I was greeted cordially by the receptionist and then by my therapist. It was such a pleasant experience that I cannot begin to tell you but my herbal bath was wonderful and then my massage of 45 minutes was simply invigorating, my therapist knew just what she was doing. When I left I felt like a different person. I since have been several times yearly.

wonderful time. My boyfriend and I went to KC for the weekend and decided to get a massage. We found Naturally on this web site. It was close to where we were staying and everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere was very open and inviting. The massage was incredible. I have a really bad back and Alisha paid wonderful attention to making sure I left relaxed. I will definitly be going back when Im in town.

exelent salon great location. the staff at Naturally are well trained Rchard and Sally only hire the best and you have to be good to work here my husband AND I have been coming here for a while now I highly recomend the salon to everyone that ask me where's a good salon in mid town Kc I tell them go see my friend Tonya @ Naturally prices are reasonable there no more expencive than say on the plaza

User review by etippy. Great experience. The staff was very friendly. Would come back and recomend it to other people. Great Aveda Salon and Spa. I felt that the prices were far and I didn't feel as if I was overpaying.

Very Small and Poor Reception. My experience here was disappointing. the atmosphere was nice, but I was charged an enormous amount for things they added to my service like cotton eye pads that were scented. I thought it was included with the facial. That cost an additional $15. Outrageous. My bill was almost $200 for a simple facial and a haircut. I'm not sure what all the extras were but I won't be back. Spas should be responsible for telling the client a simple question like "would you like scented eye pads?" that it would be an additional cost when they offer. You will pay much more than the price quoted at this spa. The hair cut was below average.
