BARTENDER & WAITERS ARE RUDE & FOOD IS COLD ! LONG WAIT and BAD SERVICE. After going to this place three times and getting a low quality service I STRONGLY recommend NOT TO TRY IT. The staff is very rude, and will take a long time to serve. Even the bartender is very very RUDE! Go somewhere else in the plaza. Having dinner here just ruined my evening... plus my hamburger was rare!

AWFUL SERVICE, HORRIBLE FOOD, RUDE STAFF. The food is really plain, no taste and really slow service. The staff is rude and will overprice you if you pay with a credit card. Go somewhere else in the plaza there are tons of good places but this one.

Less than honest servers. While the food's not bad, the service is deplorable. This is the only restaurant I've ever been to where the SERVERS seem to think they get to decide what their tips will be. I have seen servers walk off with the cash put on the table with the bill, never to be seen again with change. Just today, my bill came to $10.78. I placed $15 on the table. The server brought me $4 back. Twenty-two cents may not seem like a big deal, but what right does the server have to decide not to return that change to me??? I will never set foot in this restaurant again, and I will not recommend it to my friends. This smacks of dishonesty at best, thievery at worst.

Editorial Review. Burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads and bar bites, plus daily specials, happy hour, patio seating and satellite sports on TV.

Worst Service. I have never been treated so rudely at restaurant. There are many nice places to go on the plaza that have good food and kind, attentive service. I will never go to this restaurant again and I got the feeling the staff would be more than happy to have one less customer.

Probably THE Best in KC. Fred P. Otts is probably still the best burger joint in KC for burgers. Variety of different burgers offered with premium quality beef and genuinely fresh ingredients of premium caliber and generous

portions. Ott's is as close as you'll get to a tasty burger at Hereford House (Steakhouse) or Golden Ox Steak House.

Famous for their curly-q type fries too. Great ambience and service is good except when they're overwhelmed but the wait staff does a good job when all things are considered.
