Lee's Summit Honda

Nothing but happy. I recently purchased a car here and had nothing but a great experience. Honda absolutely lives up to the high standards they set, this is my second civic and I am nothing but happy. My family only purchases Honda's and this is my first but my families third experience with this specific dealership and thus far all over great! I worked with Tim Smith and he was absolutely great to work with, very personable, obviously knowledgeable, and very attentive.

Also within a few days of getting my car one of the back taillights went out, contacted Tim and got it all taken care of quickly and there weren't any hidden charges after it got fixed!

Tim is a wonderful asset. Tim is a wonderful asset to your dealership. He was everything we could have asked for in a sales person and then some. He was friendly, professional and not the least bit pushy. It is not often you find a car salesman who you feel like you can actually trust. His communication was great and on top of everything, he just seems to be a really nice guy. We have already recommended him to several of our friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. We live in Overland Park are minutes from O'Neil Honda, Frank Ancona and Jay Wolfe, but we will not hesitate to make the drive to Lee's Summit for any future needs. We really like your dealership and appreciate the "no frills" way you guys seem to conduct business.
