The service adviser Greg, impressed me with his attentiveness and eagerness to fix the problems with my certified pre-owned car. I was a bit concerned with my relatively new 2011 Accord experienced problems the day after I drove it off the lot. I expressed my concerns to Greg and he took it from there. I've never had an auto service department keep ,e as well informed as Lee's Summit Honda. Greg called me several times with updates on the status of my car. Please understand, when a customer spends thousands of dollars for a new vehicle, naturally they want it to work properly, and they want to know that the seller is going to stand by it's warranty. I gave Greg and ear full of heated emotions the first time we spoke even though he didn't deserve it. And he kept his composure the whole time. Ultimately, Greg and his team put my concerns to rest. I can clearly see Lee's Summit Honda stands by its products now. Never under-estimate how important that is to customers. I will purchase multiple cars from you in the near and distant future if you stand behind by your products like Greg did this time. In the end, Honda will make money and people like me will have the pleasure of driving really good, dependable vehicles for years to come. Thanks

I love LSH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chris is always the best, but Evan did an excellent job answering my questions on the phone when Chris wasn't there. He really gave me excellent information on the needed oil change! Justin takes good care of the getting the service completed and what a personality. And I love the wonderful service in the office......smiles and greetings......and she loves her son!!! Great Mother and employee! Everybody makes you feel glad you came........and my car loves being clean!!!
