Not worth it!!! No pizza is worth the terrible treatment we received today. Our "server" must have missed ANY training on how to treat customers. From a long wait to be seated (in a nearly empty restaurant) to having to ask for a clean table to begging for a refill to searching for someone to get our bill -- it was nothing but trouble. And if you politely ask a question about your bill? -- Yep, it gets you a snarky nasty attitude from a server who'll rip your head off. Then she disappeared & sent someone over to collect our payment (he didn't seem to know how to speak, period). Then after even leaving a tip -- I know, I know -- what was I thinking?!-- the "server" followed us out to the parking lot to make wild gestures at us, saying who knows what, and make faces at us. Yikes, it was scary seeing someone go all crazytown like that just because you asked a question. You'd have to pay me to go back to the Minsky's in Lee's Summit, and still there's NO amount of money in the world that would make that happen. Listen, folks, there are too many other pizza places around Lee's Summit and the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area to put up with being treated so poorly. What are the management/owners thinking chasing customers away like that?!

We had a nice time and enjoyed the pizza and salad last Sat. night. They make a great dinner salad! and the pizza is good too. Our waitress Rachel was really sweet and had a great attitude. She nice job taking care of us and she checked in frequently to see if there was anything we needed.

Wow the Manager/Owner is RUDE. I'm bummed that as a long-time customer, I will not ever be returning to Minsky's again. I (yes, I THE CUSTOMER) just got completely chewed out by the owner because I expressed polite frustration that they are not taking call-ahead orders on Halloween. I was told that "if I didn't like the policy, then don't place an order or come back." Okay then, I won't. There's other places to eat in Lee's Summit. His anger issues seem like a major liability to their business. Too bad, they have good pizza. But nothing is worth being treated so rudely. I highly recommend you look elsewhere!

avoid the owner he has anger issues.

Heaven forbid if they make a mistake on your food.

Eat it and do not complain.

you will be banned from the store if you complain.

Very good if you avoid the Blue Springs store. Minskys pizza is the best pizza around Kc, but the Blue Springs store is terrible. Service is horrible, and the pizza is just plain nasty. Do yourself a favor and go to the Lees Summit location for a much better experience.

minsky"S pizza the best ever literally. minskies puts the right amount of cheeses and sauce great atmoshpere delicoius pizza among other things very homey and nice place to eat with both family and friends I highly suggest it...the service is wonderful never a mistake and the price isn't high by anymeans especially for what you get go there with friends or family...I highly suggest

Tasty toppings!. My favorite place in KC!!!! Try the Tostada pizza...it is to die for. I like it without the toppings (lettace/tomatoes) VERY GOOD! Also, look for coupons here, they are everywhere.

Worth every penny, but not expensive. Living in KC for only 3 years, I found the greatest pizza of all time. This statment from a St.Louisian that loves IMOS and FORTELLS as well as any cracker crust (St.Louis Style) pizza on the Hill. But hands down the best PIE and it is a PIE in KC is Minsky. Put it this way, I live in Phoenix now, and just to be able to go to a few Chiefs games a year, I have to bring the wife home a 1/2 baked. Bottom line: They don't cheat on the toppings. You want extra cheese, you get a pound. Extra Pep....well you get the idea. Good stuff, trust me. Oh yeah, they have 3 satelittes, Golden Tee and cool waitresses that aren't bad looking either.
