Good Care

I see Dr. Nelson, and have done so since Dr. Vinton left several years ago. I find the office to be great about getting you in close to your appointment time, unless there are alot of ill people and they are prioritized, which is only fair to all. Dr. Nelson is a caring, compassionate Dr. and more should be like him.

wonderful doctors

My family has seen Dr. Nelson, Dr. Dan Roney and Dr. Melinda Roney and have recieved WONDERFUL care. Not only did they listen to me, but took the time to talk to my children. My husband really likes Dr. Dan Roney, he took the time to discuss his entire family hx and made him feel comfortable, they talked about things like fishing and cars, I know sounds stupid, but it made him feel more at ease that a doctor would take the time to just talk, that he actually discussed what was bothering him. I feel very comfortable sending my family there! Susan Kimble saw my teenage daughter for a first time exam and talk about a good check up, she came out and felt very at ease and had all her questions answered and Susan followed up with my daughter and me. We have gone to other offices and we felt like a number, no personal touch at all where the nurses and doctors are in and out so fast it is like waking up from surgery and not remembering what they said and you have to call back to clarify the information. We did wait on these providers, but I will always wait for them they took care of us when we got in there, so I know they are running behind because they treat others like they treated us.

Dr Nelson is who I saw & he seems to struggle to make a decision. Avoid him & this place!! All they care about is making a buck & have no personal care. Even down to the smallest details they screw the customers.I took a day off for skin bx & it wasn't until arrived that the md said they have no time to do it that day I needed to be rescheduled. I specifically told scheduler what I needed to be seen for. So they charged me & told me to come back again. It is funny how we have to take multiple days off, but there time is so precious. Also they won't send a return envelope when they send you bill. I would rather go to a place where they make time for their customers & don't try cut corners at the customers expense.
