Best, AUTHENTIC, Mexican Food. Not sure what the other reviewer is talking about. This place is our family's favorite Mexican food in town! We've tried them all - the one on the square seems dirty and the food tastes 'Americanized'. Rancho Grande is the same way. However, El Cerro Grande is absolutely authentic. The prices are not at all what the other person described. They are right there where the other places prices are, go see for yourself. Try their Chili Rellenos (absolutely the best thing ever! Completely fresh. They're the only place in town that doesn't deep fry their chili rellenos and so what you get is a big stuffed chili that will blow your mind!)

Listen, all the restaurants are fine, and I'd eat at any of them, but for my money, I will always choose El Cerro Grande. I can't believe the last reviewer commented that it's hard to order because everyone speaks Spanish! Are you kidding me? What do you want them to speak?

First Time was Last Time....... We love Los Compos, but decided to give them a try. We were calling in our order to be picked up. It took over 20 minutes to order 3 meals and 4 sides of sour cream. I was ordering off of the "CONVENIENT" online menu. According to my total, it was 31.79 plus tax. Upon arrival to pick up the order, I was shocked at the total he gave me of $53 and change. I went over the prices and how I came up with my figure and he kept telling me oh no, we raised price. I can get the exact same meals with sides at Los Compos for 33.59 and the food is wonderful. So I will save my $20 and continue with my normal routine. I hope his employee's were hungry. I really hate it because it is closer and more convenient to home but I will drive the extra 2 minutes to the square!
