I have been buying custom shirts and scout things from Brants for about 11 years. I have never had a problem working with them. Like the main HOAC scout shop they get slammed early in the scout year and near blue and gold and bridge ceremonies. I usually call ahead to see if they have what I need. If I have time they will order it for me. Sure saves time over driving down to 100th and 435.

Worst store I ever been to.. I would not ever go there again. Yes they are rude, and do not care good service. I called them about a bragers vest for my son and they said they were out of them for his size, they will have them in a couple of weeks. So I called a couple of weeks later only to find out they still did not have it. I ask when they have them again. They said "I don't know" What kind of buisness it this? The fist time I went there to get my sons boy scout uniform they were out of half of the stuff I needed for him, and I felt they were rude, but I thought maybe it was just me so I gave them another try, but I learn it is not just me, they really are not a quality store at all. To me it seems like they just don't care at all. They should not be in buisness at all. Don't go there, and waste your time or money on them. That's how I see it.

Rude Never Buy again. I went to Brants today to buy a Boy Scout shirt for one of my boys, and a Liberty North soccer patch for another of my boys! The owners told me that because my son did not buy his letter jacket there, they would no longer sell us a patch! We bought a Neff jacket through the Liberty North Eagles ! Also please note that Brants continue to mislead Liberty North students selling them Yellow sleeved jackets that are not the schools official jacket, and dont tell the familys! Poor Ethics for what I thought was a family owned business! I will never shop there again.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. I went to brants to get quote on a t shirt for my team. I was rudly told by a worker that they didn't do quotes with out seeing a sketch when I talked to him about our design and how another girl had it he told me the only thing he could do was say 21.00 a piece...which is insane for a T shirt. I WILL NEVER go back for t shirt for school. I was treated awful and woudln't recomend it for anybody
