Nice Therapist; HATEFUL front office person. My first trip to this therapist and I was surprised at the small waiting area. It was too close for comfort. When checking in, everyone knows your name because the area is so small that other patients hear who you are. My session was fine (as first sessions go) but afterwards I was told I owed a $30 copay. I checked with Cigna before going to this office and they told me it was a $15 copay. I simply questioned the front office lady, and she was quick to correct me. "NO, she's a specialist and it's $30". I said, "ok", paid, and left. I called Cigna again and was given the same answer--$15, not $30. I called the Dr.'s office the next day and stated my name and "Ms. Hateful" quickly began chiding the insurance company and me. She was very defensive as if the money was coming out of her pocket. I'm really tired of physician's front office personnel acting as if their customers don't matter. They say what they feel with abandon. I will NOT be returning to this office. NEXT!
