This business conducts itself so that you want to come back and try different pizzas and sandwiches. They are so good. My usual is the Prime on original crust half with Jalepanos

Love it! Every time we go, we get the calzones. They're always perfectly done, they have a huge list of toppings/fillings, and the crust is so buttery good :)

Pie Heaven!. I am from the KC area and have been to probably all of the pizza places around town, and not one of them compares to the quality you get when buying a pizza from Minsky's!! The service at the Independence location is always super with a real family type goodness for ambience. Dont forget to try the Mexican Pizza Rolls next time your there.
