Ignores health guidelines. My personal experience is that this particular company, at the store I worked at, ignores health guidelines in favor of saving money. Food being at non food safe temperatures, lack of hot water to cook or do dishes with, and lack of running water to the facilities were some problems that were ignored. Ownership is known to dismiss employees who contact the health department concerning public health issues.

Modern additions to the menu include oven-roasted renditions of its chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, potato wedges and wraps. Classic sides include flaky, oversized biscuits, steaming-hot mashed potatoes and gravy, smoky-sweet baked beans and crisp, generously dressed coleslaw. Kids and adults love the "little bucket" parfaits of pudding desserts.
