TERRIBLE SERVICE.
This is the worst run Pizza Hut in the world! On New Years Night, I ordered online and it said it would be 53 minutes til I got my order. The manager called to tell me they were out of the wings I ordered so they were replaced with a different kind. It took over one and a half hours to get my order!
Tonight I ordered a special...Lg 3 topping pizza, 8 wings, and cinnamon sticks. When the delivery man came I only got the chicken wings, which were not hot and the pizza. He said he was going back to get the cinnamon sticks and I have not seen him since. He did call right after he left and said they were out of cinnamon sticks would I accept chocolate dunkers. I agreed. That was 2 hours ago! I called the area number for Pizza hut and they are giving me a credit for the wings being cold and no cinnamon sticks. This is the worst service ever! I gave the delivery guy $5 and I would expect he would have had the decency to get my chocolate dunkers to me. I am done with Pizza Hut!
