Rolox is the worst

Several years ago we had Rolox replace all the windows in our home. June 1 of this year there was an accident and a window was broken. We immediately called to have it fixed or replaced. We were promised a window the next week. Time went on and no window. We called many times and finally got Tim to talk to us who says they only make windows once a month so we would have to wait. Seems hard to believe but ok. We wait and then recieve a bill. No window without half the money up front. Seems fair enough so we paid. First of August check has been cashed for 3 weeks now and still no window. We make call after call. Promises are made and no window. We talk to a rep at a local festival where rolox is set up. She promises to have someone call. No one calls. October I finally insist on speaking with the president of the company David Chirelli. He seems like he will do something. He calls back saying we will have our window October 22 and we will not be charged the remainder after I insist that it would be unfair of them to do so. I ask for notice days ahead of time so I can take off of work to be there when they finally show. No phone call. On the 22nd I call Mr. Charelli and am treated horribly. The man would not let me speak even though I gave him the opportunity to do so. In a rage of frustration in being cut off time and again I finally say "shut up and let me finish what I am saying." The man calls me a bitch and hangs up. This happens twice. My husband then starts calling only to have the man treat him the same way and hang up on him as well. We finally decide to wait for the window. The repair man showed up on October 22 with the wrong window. A week and a half shy of 5 MONTHS waiting for the wrong window. The next day David Charelli "president" calls me and says "I will make you a deal" interested in what he has to say he then proceeds to offer me "We will send your money back and you can do the glass yourself" Well that is a hell of a deal. Who could possibly pass that up. After all they have had our money for months and we have had a gaping hole in our home. So Mr. Charelli, give us our money. Your company is crap. I will share with everyone my experience.
THIS IS THE WORST EXCUSE FOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER BEEN A PART OF.

We had windows installed this week. A four man crew arrived a little after 8 a.m. They were clean. They wore Rolox t-shirts. They were polite and conversant. They did not play loud music or make a neighborhood disturbance. They all had been with the company between 8 and 12 years. Each member of the crew went about his business as part of a team. They removed and reinstalled curtains and blinds as necessary. They cleaned up after themselves. All 21 windows were removed and replaced and each one looks as good as the next inside and out. They were finished and gone by 1:30 p.m. It was amazing.

We had a new bathroom tub/walls installed. From the beginnng it looked good but underneath little did we know that a leak from the shower head connection pipe was not done properly until several years later....yes several years! We were smelling mold also and could never pinpoint what was going on. Then walls started bowing out several years down the road. We called a plumber for another bath issue and they started tearing out the wall adjoining this bath that we discovered that! The plumber said it had most likely been doing that from the time it was first installed. There had been some putty hastily put on the shower connection and it was obvious it was not installed properly. Now there is nothing we can do except warn other potential customers to BEWARE for you know not what may be actually taking place behind the walls that you cannot see!
