Sells same product to multiple customers.. Purchased a used commercial duty 6 cycle dryer with cash. Had copy of receipt. Went back to pick it up the next day and they sold it to someone else. Didn't have any other compatible models for same price. Would not offer any discount or upgrade to fix their mistake. Got money back. Will not do business with again.

Run From this place!!!. The staff is very unprofessional and rude, the fine print and the signs speak for the business, once a deal is made thre is no compromising or rectifying with them. All they want is your money and I guess they dont worry about repeat business. If you dont mind throwing money away or just giving it rip-off artists, then shop there.

not a great place to buy used appliances. $800.00 for a used nice refrigerator with only a 30 day guarantee that does NOT include the icemaker and the less expensive refrigerators that are missing shelves, drawers and kickplates? Try furniture mart. I am sure you won't miss the roach infestation in your house that you would get from any of the used appshopping around for sales or returned items at reputable stores like lowes or nebraska liances you will find in this store.

Worst Used Appliance Store and owner is an alcoholic!. Run, do not walk from these country (you know what) scammers! Horrible customer service and the 4 people they got to say great things about them on their site are people that know them already...

They lie about the warranty because you don't really get one...Read the fine print. And everything they sell is nothing but junk...and lo and behold...they never have any of those so called $98 appliances they claim to have in their ads...and if they should happen to have one just to shut the bad reviews up, I don't think you want it...
