Everything was very nice. Just wanted to say a big “Thank You” for the catering you did for Kristi and Brian’s wedding reception last weekend! Everything was so very nice and we do appreciate all your suggestions and help in making the reception so enjoyable for everyone. We have gotten so many comments on how well organized everything was. Tom and the rest of the wait staff did a wonderful job making sure our guests were taken care of - water glasses were full, tables were cleared when finished eating, and generally, just making sure attention was taken to even the smallest details. Our guests commented on how they liked the appetizers while waiting for the bride and groom, and having the salad at each place setting so they felt like they weren’t just sitting around waiting for their turn in the buffet line. Everything just kept moving! And the food – it was delicious! The buffet table was so very nice, and I know everyone got plenty to eat. Also, the cakes were wonderful.
