Rude Manager. The manager has been extremely rude each time I have needed to rent tuxes for multiple weddings I have been a part of. In one case, I requested that my tux be shipped to the location of the out of town wedding. The response from the manager was very aggressive as he demanded over and over again that, "when he calls for the final tux fitting, you better here." He continued to treat me as a child as if I did not understand the urgency of when the tux arrived to get the final fitting in order to have the tux fitted and shipped in time. A few months later, I received my phone call that my tux was in my home town and ready for the final fitting. I arrived the same day, as stressed rudely months before. However, when I was reviewing with the clerk about the shipment of the tux to the out of town wedding, there was absolutely NO record that I had paid for shipping or even requested for the tux to be shipped after my fitting. The manager had been the one to work the computer after he was blatantly disrespectful to me along with this first employee that was struggling with putting the details in the computer. I have gone to this store because of the location, and some of the employees are friendly, but because of this final occurrence and the constant rudeness from the manager, I will be choosing to drive extra miles in order to avoid any further contact with this location. Bottom line, extremely rude manager, and on top of the rudeness, my needs (that I paid for) weren't addressed properly.
