Happy client of 7 years. The State Farm family at Penny's office is always a pleasure to work with. They actively try to be a part of the community as well as know their clients on a 1 on 1 personal basis. I couldn't be any happier with the service I have received when I have had to make claims or deal with a loss.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had my homeowner's insurance with them. I called to add my car - Nancy couldn't figure out how to do that. instead of helping, she blamed her inability to do her job on me!! It was bizarre!! I got numerous other quotes, all for more coverage and lower deductible. Needless to say, I do business now with another company (American Family) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND/OR MONEY WITH PENNY HARDESTY'S STATE FARM OFFICE!!
