Customer Service at the Front Desk Lacking

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin Crown Center until it was time to check out and the man at the baggage claim desk who speaks at the speak of light to those he wishes not to help, was unspeakably rude to not only me but about 5 others. This was fine, as it was a busy time, but when he allowed the large glass front doors to close in my face with my arms full of luggage, I was done with the Westin for good. We will be staying somewhere else next time. Fluffy bed or not. You know who he is and he needs to go.
