Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Three days after our pedestal sink was fixed by Roto-Rooter of Kansas City, our basement flooded after heavy rains. Fun times. We had never had the problem before. After clearing out the water once, it rained again and of course, it backed up again, so we called the plumber, who had JUST been at our house a few days prior. We just wanted it unclogged. The plumber was helpful, but kept saying, "That's a lot of water" which I'm assuming if a plumber says that, it's not a good sign. Thankfully it has stayed unclogged.…

We're the kind of people who likes to ask a lot of questions more so to be educated about the situation. Emilio was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained the cost of service and made us aware of the service coupon that could be used for the service. The time of service took about 30 minutes which were were pleased. Excellent service !. I called Arlene and explained that I had a small flood in my basement, and she understood the urgency of my situtation. Within 30 minutes, I received a telephone call telling me when the plumber would arrive, which was within another 30 miniutes. The plumber, Mike, arrived promptly.

Mike went right to work on the floor drain and unclogged it. He also suggested a maintenance product, and explained it so it didn't just sound like an add-on sale.
