Need a plumber? I've used Roto-Rooter in Kansas City for my annual main line clean-out for years. Called them at 12:10, tech here and gone with job complete by 2:15. Prompt, professional service and no extra charge for work on Saturdays. Emilio was courteous and professional; will ask for him by name next time!

We are simply thrilled with the work done by Roto-Rooter in resolving a sewer drainage problem that caused the WORST kind of flood in our basement! Phillip (our first responder) truly saved our newly remodeled basement and Jimmy managed the repair of the outside sewer line. They were fast and extremely helpful and competent. Plus their care and caution prevented what might have been a devastating repeat of the flood. We truly recommend that you use their camera service to check the line. They were on time careful and came in under-budget.HIGHLY recommended!

Three days after our pedestal sink was fixed by Roto-Rooter of Kansas City, our basement flooded after heavy rains. Fun times. We had never had the problem before. After clearing out the water once, it rained again and of course, it backed up again, so we called the plumber, who had JUST been at our house a few days prior. We just wanted it unclogged. The plumber was helpful, but kept saying, "That's a lot of water" which I'm assuming if a plumber says that, it's not a good sign. Thankfully it has stayed unclogged.

Excellent service tech. Called this morning and within 2 hours Emilio was here and fixed my main line. He even tried to clean the walls where the last company had made a mess (It's in an unfinished basement). He explained what was probably causing my problems (my house was built in the 40's), I will definitely keep Emilio's name in my address book for the next time I need Roto Rooter. (darn tree roots). He was very neat both in appearance and in his work. Very polite. Thank you Emilio!!!

Roto-Rooter's Excellent Service. The Roto-Rooter service representative, Emilio, showed up in a very pleasing time frame. He was extremely professional and quite friendly. We're the kind of people who likes to ask a lot of questions more so to be educated about the situation. Emilio was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained the cost of service and made us aware of the service coupon that could be used for the service. The time of service took about 30 minutes which were were pleased. We had an overall great experience with Roto-Rooter and would recommend their services. Thank you Roto-Rooter for satisfactory service.

Excellent service !. I called Arlene and explained that I had a small flood in my basement, and she understood the urgency of my situtation. Within 30 minutes, I received a telephone call telling me when the plumber would arrive, which was within another 30 miniutes. The plumber, Mike, arrived promptly.

Mike went right to work on the floor drain and unclogged it. He also suggested a maintenance product, and explained it so it didn't just sound like an add-on sale.

I was very impressed by the level of service I received.

Rotorooter 01/26/2012. Rob was very professional and courteous, I would request him for any future service. He was honest about the charges and time that could possibly be needed to complete our list. He was thorough and timely. Very happy with the service we received.
