Stay Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Complained about audio unite and installed unit in such a way the detachable face can't be removed. The installation makes it impossible to use the USB and SD features. Stay away!!!!!!!

Definitely my favorite audiophile location. These guys have never done me any wrong. They take their time to make sure everything is done right the first time. They keep on the bleeding edge of equipment knowledge. If you have a situation with audio of any kind, stop in and talk to Chuck. Definitely professional.

DO NOT go there. I when to MAX SPEED&SOUND to get a new stereo installed. Oh boy....

That was the worst experience ever. First of all, they lie. I was told that it is impossible to bypass Pioneer head unit. They recommended me to buy their Kenwood. I googled it and the infomration about how to bypass Pioneer unit is on top of the list. I called them and the owner said "I never said it is impossible. just don't have information to do it. Just bring your car back with the bypass information and we can do it but I have to charge you." The second, they are so slow. Took them little over 3 hours. I watched the guy installing. He moves like a turtle. The third, Not professional at all. A installer closed door on me when I was watching him work on my car.

I would've saved more money if I've gone to major shops. They are quicker.

great customer service. i was introduced by a friend , and i was really impressed by the services, they went above and beyond, some of which i wont say but this place really rocks for the price. you wont be disappointed.
