Upscale salon and upscale service. The salon staff is super friendly and they serve you a beverage as you walk in the door (water, wine, cappucino). Abby is the first stylist I have gone to consistently. She did an excellent job cutting my very long hair into a very stylish bob. I have NEVER received so many compliments on a haircut. They girls at work even nicknamed me "America's Next Top Model" after my haircut. Their prices have risen slightly (a haircut is now $39 from $36), but they do include some nice extras. They put a warm towel on your head after shampooing/conditioning and give you a hand massage. Abby is always willing to show me different ways to style or different products that would be good for my hair. I wasn't 100% satisfied (maybe only 95%) with one of my haircuts, and they scheduled me in promptly the very next day to adjust it. If you can afford it, I definitely recommend this salon. I may have to go there for new styles only and touch-ups at a less expensive salon.
