Tips for Nolte's Bridal

Nolte's Bridal. I had a good experience with Nolte's in Briarcliff. I was looking for a MOB dress and found that Sunny was very helpful. She helped me find a dress that was appropriate for my age but still looked very stylish. She was honest and gave me her opinion when I asked. She was very helpful from a mature point of view and I have since referred other MOB's to her.

Experts in Bridal!. I live out of state but am getting married in Missouri. I knew I didn't have much time to look for a dress, so I went with the expert, Mike Nolte. As soon as I arrived we were treated like royalty. Mr. Nolte sat down with me and listened carefully to everything we were considering, from the details of the wedding to how I met and got engaged to my fiance. His attention to detail is incredible and adds a nice personal touch to the experience. I brought pictures in of what I was looking for, and he said he knew my perfect dress right away. I'm very picky and not always an easy fit, but Mr. Nolte was patient and never gave up.

Mr. Nolte is truly an expert when it comes to weddings and brides. He offered many helpful tips and solutions. Many brides are new to the whole wedding experience (it's not like we get married every year). This is why I would recommend going to get advice and help from an expert who lives and breaths weddings daily.

When I started to plan my wedding, I made a list of the top five most important things for my wedding, and the dress was number one. I'm so excited and can't wait to walk down the aisle with the perfect Nolte dress.

Thank you Mr. Notle for you time, attention, and care and for helping to make my big day a beautiful success!

Beautiful Dresses and Superior Customer Service. After getting engaged, the first 'to-do' on my list was...DRESS, DRESS, DRESS!! Nolte's immediately came to mind!! I had tried on a few dresses at another boutique in town, but I didn't feel like they truly understood my style and vision. Plus, they only allowed me to try on 5-6 dresses total. At Nolte's, I worked with Ashley who was absolutely fabulous!! She called me one Thursday afternoon to invite me in after a cancellation. Without a thought I said yes!! The next thing I knew, we were knee deep in silk organza and chiffon. I tried on at least 20 dresses and found "the one". It's like it was made for me. We selected 6 of our favorites and had those ready when I brought in my mother and bridesmaids a couple of weeks later. Without a doubt, The Austin was a hit!! I had it on at the end of the appointment when Mr. Nolte stopped by. I felt immediately he was interested in my story and offered nothing but excellent advice and referrals. Through his suggestions, I feel like I found not only great photographers, but a dress that Daniel and I will never forget!! Thank you Ashley and Mr. Nolte for making me feel like a beautiful bride!!

...a month later, and I am still dumbfounded at the rudeness. I do not take joy in writing a poor review but feel I have no choice from how I was treated at Nolte's in Overland Park. I stopped in on a Monday without an appointment because I live out of state and was passing through town. The store completely absent of any customers when I came in and I respectfully asked the TWO ladies if I could look at a few dresses, I had specific dresses in mind from the lines they carried. They said no, they were too busy doing paperwork! I thought since there were two women that one could possibly break away for 10 minutes to help me. I was wrong, I asked again, explaining I only wanted 15 minutes of their time and they insisted that that was unreasonable and that "most bridal stores aren't even open on a Monday!" I was astounded and they said "you can just LEAVE", and shooed her hand at me. Since I only spoke to her for about two minutes, I thought maybe she didn't understand I only wanted a litle bit of their time, so I started explaining my situation, she rudely turned to her co-worker in the middle of my sentence and started talking. I addressed this and said, it is very rude for you to talk to your coworker when I am the only person in the store and I am just asking you a few questions. She glared at me and said that they were very busy and that "we wouldn't get along anyway". Hmm. That treatment is dumbfounding! I have been to exclusive designer boutiques in France, Italy, Japan, Spain, Greece, and all throughout the US, and in all of my travels I have never been treated disrespectfully. I've been seriously considering a $17,000. designer dress in Chicago, but these two dorky, middle aged ladies in KC wouldn't give me the time of day to show me their dresses. That is bad business. Without the customer, they would have no job, no paperwork to do on a Monday. On a separate note, I did meet Mr. Nolte on a later occasion and he was more than gracious and professional but should clean house of his incompetent & RUDE staff!
