Nice and helpful people. We went to Nolte's looking for a gown for a formal occasion for my daughter. Looked through the selection of bridesmaids dresses and found several that we liked. The staff was helpful and friendly. A good experience for us.

Such nice people. Went in looking for a bdiral belt for my gown. Met with Donna and she was AMAZING! I can not say enought good things about her. She made me feel welcome, comfortable, and she was so patient with my indecisiveness. HIGHLY reccomment working with them!

Nolte's Bridal. I had been all over Kansas City looking for wedding dresses on Saturday. We started at one that was nice, I got to pick a few of my likes to try on but then by the third dress it seemed to have gotten crowded so I was ready to get out. I was then off to David's bridal and can I say 'nut job'?? The lady who was helping me was helping three other girls, and she was the only who could bring me dresses and of course they were the ones that she picked for me :( Needless to say I just tried on but never got close to what I liked. Then it was off the the third place which had great gowns but again she picked what she thought I would like, but there were so many gowns and I only tried 5. I was so confused so i left feeling overwhelmed. By the time I arrived at Nolte's I felt a little uneasy about the cost of the gowns but went in with an open mind. Donna, the store manager was so sweet and wonderful from the time I introduced myself until the moment I bought "the one". She wasn't pushy, but rather sweet and helpful. You could tell she had done this for awhile. I got to choose which dresses I tried on, which was fantastic. I even grabbed a few I thought that weren't me but would be fun to try on. The ladies at Nolte's bridal were so helpful and I had my own room to try on, so no overcrowding or random people walking in and out of your room. Donna suggested accessories to shoes and even helped me match the perfect veil. She was such a delight and made it easy to find MY DRESS. I would recommend Donna and Nolte's bridal to any bride to be as I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them and look forward to do business with them in the future.

Shop at Nolte's and your bridesmaids MAY NOT HAVE DRESSES. This is the very first time I have taken time out of my day to write a review. I am doing so only so there is not another bride that has to go through what I went through. I made an appt in Feb to try on dresses for myself and my bridesmaids for my May destination wedding, we went to Hawthorne Plaza. I did not purchase my dress at Nolte's however my bridesmaids did. BIG MISTAKE. I knew a head of time what dress would be chosen so we ordered them on Feb 21st, they insisted that we put a rush on it or they would not be ready until the week of April 21 a week and a half before the wedding. With the rush the dresses we due back March 27th. On April 2nd I called to inquire, no one would answer my question OR call me back....reason being...my dresses were never ordered! Our accounts were charged but no dresses.

Mr Nolte calls me and gives a lame excuse that this particular dress and color combo had not been done before etc... And promised that the dresses would arrive before the wedding. Each week we would call same story dress will be here. 2 days before leaving for my Marco Island I am shopping for dresses off the rack for my bridesmaids....not what a bride wants to be dealing with when she is packing for her wedding and honeymoon. When I asked for my rush fee to refunded Mr Nolte said, these dresses are costing me $500 to get here now! Retracted and said, but that is not your problem. Bottom line....my problem was I was getting married and had no bridesmaids dresses....reason why....I bought from Nolte's.

Great Experience!!. I recently began my search for "The Dress" at Nolte's this summer. I visited countless other bridal boutiques in the area before Noltes...and after my experience there I never set foot in another! Ashley at Hawthorne made my experience so GREAT! I never felt pressured or rushed, and she really "got" what was I looking for, without me even really knowing! They are always eager to help and answer questions when I call or stop in, no matter how busy they are. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and quality products! I am so thankful I decided to purchase with Nolte's.
