One of the best in KC.
What great BBQ. Competition style at it's very best. Large ribs with tips left on, rubbed and smoked to perfection every time. Owner does all the smoking personaly and is a pefectionist. Nothing is served that is not perfect and of the best quality product. If you have not been to Holy Smoke BBQ you have missed one of KC best. KC has many good bbq places and a few GREAT ones. This is a GREAT ONE!!!
