Despite the cracking acrylic beds and obviously lazy help I chose this salon for similar reasons to others that have commented; it was cheap. I have never been so unhappy with the management/customer service of a small business in my life. I recently contacted one of the male owners by phone to ask for a refund, he asked why and I explained it was due to a rash that had developed on my back after my last tan. Instead of an apology, he immediately became defensive and angry as if I had done something to HIM. I have never witnessed such poor behavior from an owner and am embarrassed to say this salon is in Blue Springs. I strongly suggest you look else where for your tanning needs because as the old saying goes "You get what you pay for...".
