I love all of their eye glasses here. It looks fun, stylish, and the quality looks nice. I tried a couple of glasses on. Prices vary so the staff helped me and gave me a couple of other choices.

The Perfect Eyeglass Shop. I walked into Romanelli Optix this a.m. in search of the perfect pair of glasses. I have been all over town, trying on frames and alas, I now have that perfect pair thanks to Roman at Romanelli Optix. After describing the look that I was after and having Roman look at my face and head shape, he pulled out the exact pair I have been looking for on his first try! I was floored! It is a Robert Marc frame, nonetheless. I am so pleased with my experience and I felt the price was fitting for such a name brand frame and top of the lines lenses. Thank you Roman- I will be telling all my friends about you and your unique store/collections.

Great Place to buy Glasses Romanelli Ptix. I have been a customer for over 4 years. Best place to buy glasses, Great selection. I have done lots of research, and have had family from out of town like LA and New York come and buy glasses from Romanelli Optix. Best custermer service. !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Romanelli Optix. Romanelli Optix is the only place to buy exclusive European eyewear. There is product for everyone. If you cannot find a pair of eyeglasses at Romanelli Optix then you will not find a pair ANYWHERE!!!!!! Romanelli Optix also has the best customer service whether you are an existing customer or a new customer.

There are too many OTHER places in town to buy glasses.... NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER I I I I I could barely make myself click one star!

NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with this place unless you have money to throw away. I'll be filing a small claim and I'm not looking forward to it, but i has to be done. He has $450+ of my money and I have NO GLASSES TO WEAR. This place is horrible. Go to your eye doctor and buy your glasses there!!! How do people like this man sleep at night?

He has some really nice employees.. it is too bad they have to work for him! Get out of there... there are other places to work!

Terrible customer service. This optical shop has the worst customer service in the Kansas City Area! They are rude, arrogant and insulting! They try to lure you in with "buy one get one free" or a 50% off blowout sale but these "sale"prices are still more than other shops for the exact same merchandise. They are pushy and if you are not ready to purchase after they have allowed you to try on only 3 pairs of their frames, they just ignore you. There are so many other wonderful optical shops in KC area that are helpful, I don't know why anyone would chose to do business with these men.
