GO ELSEWHERE!!!!! This should be NO Stars. After three months, I finally received the final product - never believe them when they say 2 weeks! The communication from the sales staff was horrible - it constantly took me to follow up with them especially when things got rough. I was blamed for the mis-order and most likely for the mis-measurements..... both blinds "hangers" had to CUT the blinds! I have communicated my thoughts and feelings about this company with other homeowners so the word is out. I hope no other consumers have to go through what I did with this company.…
Go somewhere else. Where do I begin - the shades took much longer than they were supposed to, they took my money and I never got anything for 2 months, then they called and made an installation time and were 1.5 hours late, no apology. Then the shades were wrong, sales gal said I was wrong, I had to show her the contract to prove I was correct. She never even apologized. I got about 8 windows done and only 3 fit properly and have working pulls. They have returned to fix things and never do, always late, it has been a very, VERY bad experience.…
