Great food, Terrible customer service!. This was my first time going to Pita Pit here in Lee's Summit, I am from Lawrence, KS and the Pita Pit there is great! Today I received the worst customer service EVER. After ordering the woman behind the counter asked what I wanted on my pita, I reached my hand over the glass pane & pointed to the spinach. She then said with an attitude, "you need to keep you hands on your side." As if I was about to rob this lady of her lettace. I ignored her and proceeded to ask for feta & swiss cheese, she told me, "you can only have one cheese per pita." I asked how much it would cost for extra cheese, she huffed and puffed and said, "well, you already paid, a can't give you two types of cheese." And she started wrapping up mu pita ignoring my request. I was floored, the pita pit in lawrence is so accomidating & I've NEVER had an issue. This woman was so rude and snippy I will never go back. Just a heads up, if you're going to have an attitude with customers, don't go into the customer service field!
