I don't normally do reviews but wanted everyone to know that I love this place! I visited them today and Tammy was wonderful! She was very nice and took the time to ask me questions about my needs. I've used storage before but never have I had someone who was so nice and appeared to care about my circumstances. I would recommend this company for the friendly service they show. Thank you.

Tami the manager was very helpful. She helped me identify what size we needed and even helped us get a moving truck. I don't know what happend with Riley B, but my experience was a positive one. I would defiantly recommend!

Riley B. I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for giving you the impression that I wasn't available to assist you. It's normal practice and a requirement of Ensign Storage to give our full attention to everyone who walks in the door. So again, I would like to apologize and ask that you give us a second chance to prove that we are all about Customer Service.

The lady in the office needs to work on customer service skills. I came in to get a price list and was treated very rudely and was not welcomed with a smile or even a hello.
