Parking is awful. Spaces are too small for a regular car even! After 11, there's no security. My car was scratched and my guest couldn't park in the garage.

Free parking and Internet! Not to mention a nice staff and so close to the Plaza. Definitely staying again!

Got stuck in the bathroom in my handicap room when the sliding door came off the tracks. Lucky I was staying with someone else!
