THIS IS THE BEST IN KANSAS CITY????, you are kidding, this is the worst ripoff since tulips, i ordered it, 15 bucks, over an hour later, he came to the hotel, and the pizza was supposed to be deluxe, , delux with no pepper, no onion no pepperoni, cheese sausage, , no way, if this is the best you have you are on a hurtin, go to cleveland, two miles north of airport BELLA on puritas and rocky river, 16 bucks, get to know what good is,,,,

Good Food, Slow Service. I've ordered several pizzas and they were all great tasting. The problem is, they are never to me anywhere near the time promised. Usually, it is over an hour and a half. If I order to pick up, they don't make until I get there. If I order to delivery, they don't deliver until I call an hour later asking where the pizza is. I just can't go back after this.

Best pizza in Kansas City. I love, love, love the Scooby Snack pizza! It's like a huge calzone for three people. Prompt delivery and good value with coupons (which are in the mail every week). Highly recommend as an alternative to the big chain pizza places. The plain bread sticks are so soft and delicious.

Best Northland pizza, but you're better off ordering by phone.. This pizza is the first I've had in KC that I'd EVER order again. I've tried minsky's, pizza shoppe, etc. Northern Lights is not just alright, it's actually pretty great. Great dough texture (I highly recommend the hand-tossed, not the thin crust since the later looks like pizza on a tortilla) excellent sauce...mozzerella cheese rather than a blend with cheddar. The grilled chicken topping was excellent...the sausage had a bit too much pepper, but it was decent otherwise. The only complaint I have is that the pizza is pretty small...a large is only 14", and that's the largest size they sell. Also, we ordered in person and had to wait for a number of phone calls to go through...I considered calling on my cell phone while we were standing there so that we wouldn't have to wait any longer. They also don't have a menu posted so we couldn't even really choose what we wanted while waiting. Despite all that, I will probably continue patronizing Northern Lights Pizza as a regular.
