Have been getting hair removal and am happy with the results. Very friendly service.
Don't sign contract with these people! I told them I specifically wanted to remove eyebrow hair with their laser removal process. They signed me up and took money from my account - went in for first treatment to find out that they could not remove eyebrow hair. Returned to their office again to sign authorization form to revoke contract and authorized them to refund my money. They return money and I thought that was the end of a bad experience. WRONG! the next month they took money from my account, I called, haggled with receptionist who then forwarded me to billing who refused to give me an email address to send transaction detail of new charge. She put me on hold for manager Kari, then came back to inform me Kari was in a meeting. I'm now going through my bank to get this problem resolved. I will take a copy of this current transaction to their office today but this is so unprofessional and I will never consider using them again!
In A Contract With Them, Hoping Experience Will Get Better – This place just keeps getting worse! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT with them. They are rude, abusive, often run late & argumentative. Last time I went for microdermabrasion, I had scabs on my face the next day because the tech was so rough. In addition, my account fell past due. I called to explain the situation and ensure my appointment would still be honored. They told me that they would not let me come to my appointment and that they were still going to charge me for the appointment - even though THEY were the ones cancelling it. On top of this, both of their reps were RUDE. Save yourself the aggrivation and disappointment of doing business with this place. It's a complete joke & the people are total jerks to their customers. You can get better deals all over the city at more reputable salons and in addition to this - better service! I will be foregoing the remainder of my services with this company because they have been so rude. I will simply pay my contract out & move on. Lesson learned!
My experience at rajeunir medspa was a great one. My skin has never been more clear and it's all thanks to the wonderful people that work there.

You can find more inexpensive medical spas to have botox or fillers. Their staff seem to come and go. If you live in the Northland and want fillers or botox you have to go to the Overland Park office. They are only offered one day a week. If you become a member the services are about what you can find at other facilities without paying the monthly membership fee.
I am sorry I did and have found other areas in the northland.
Trust, dont go here!!!!! – I have been to several med spas and cosmetic surgeons for botox. Rajeunir is absolute worst. I went on a Thursday night and spent most of my time listening to a sales pitch for a contract- then felt like they thought I was cheap or a waste of their time for refusing to commit.
A week later I was still waiting to see results of my botox. Two weeks later I started calling them. The botox did not work- it was either old or dilluted. The first few weeks I called there was never a manager available to talk to and she never returned my calls. I called so many times they all knew who I was and I was always treated like a pest. I went into the office to show someone my results and she said I just didnt buy enough units. I have used botox enough to know how many units I need. I was never offered a refund or a re-do. At one point I made an appointment at the Leawood office for botox but I canceled deciding I better get this issue resolved instead of giving them more money. The next time I tried to call a manager the girl at the front desk questioned me about my appointment in Leawood. She believed Leawood resolved the issue and basically accused me of trying to scam. Eight weeks later my boyfriend started calling. Within days they agreed to give me a refund. When we came to get the refund the girl working told us that on the Thursday night I was there several customers had complained about the botox!!
PLEASE BEWARE!!! SCAM!!! – It wouldn't let me leave ZERO STARS. I would bet good money that every positive review was written by the owner or an employee. This place is a huge scam. They get you to sign a membership then dont fulfill their obligations, or what they do is a half-hearted attempt to look like a professional spa. Machines are broken down but your not called to cancel your appt time. When you get upset the manager Anna snaps at you as though its your fault! You are automatically renewed unless you send a letter months b/4 your renewal date. Then called stupid for not reading the fine print. Bottom line, whoever runs this business is about signing new members, not providing a good service. Once they have the authority to auto deduct your bank acct you are meaningless to them. I spent an entire afternoon trying to talk to a manager 1st at the Overland Park location where they told me she wasn't in. I then drove to Lees Summit and was told the same. While sitting in my car, I observed her sneaking out after she thought I left. PLEASE BEWARE DON'T MAKE THE HUGE MISTAKE I DID!!!
I had a good experience – I went in for a consultation, and I felt really bad because I was running about 20 minutes late. They were very understanding and got me in as soon as they could. The woman I spoke with was very informative and friendly. I could really tell these people knew what they were talking about. Nothing was pushy, at all. In fact, she recommended a few specific things I should change in my skincare routine at home before starting treatments. I was really impressed with this, as she was more concerned with my concerns than selling me something. I went back, and went ahead and sigedn up for the membership, which at first I was reluctant, but it saves you so much it is worth the automatic payment, and I didnt have to finance anything or put anything on credit. I pay pretty much everything else that way as it is. I have only had one treatment, IPL on my face, and so far I am really happy. All of the staff was very friendly. I dont know if there was some staff changes since the previous reviews? I will be doing more treatments in the future. Its really fun.
