Dont get work done here!!!

I have come to Roland's a couple times now and usually find them to have fair to slightly over priced. They recently told me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix. I found another shop that would fix it for 100 dollars less and i gave them the sheet that showed what was wrong. The other shop fixed what Roland's said was wrong but the problem was still there. So this shop found out that all that was needed was a 40 dollar switch instead of the 300 dollars i was going to pay. I had to pay for the original item i did not need and the new switch. We talked to Karen about this and she was very rude. She actually hung up on us when asking her about it. There has to be other places to go other than this place. I would never go back just because of how Karen acted.
