TERRIBLE....once you walk into the store you get a wif of smoke. The staff seemed very unprofessional and acted like they didnt even want to be at work. One women told me in the waiting room not to sign up for there plan because I will get stuck in it like she did for over a year. She also told me there treatments are a waste of money and don't work. I walked out of there happy I didn't stay. If there is a paying customer in there telling people not to go there, that is a bad sign! I was happy to take my business elsewhere.

PLEASE BEWARE!! SCAM!!!. It wouldn't let me leave ZERO STARS! I would be good money that every positive review was written by the owner or an employee. This place is a huge scam. They get you to sign a membership then don't fulfuill their obligations, or what they do is a half-hearted attempt to look like a professional spa. Machines are broken down but your not informed to cancel or rebook your appt. When you get upset the manager Anna snaps at you as though its your fault! You are automatically renewed unless you send a letter months b/4 your renewal date. Then called stupid for not reading the fine print. Bottom line, whoever runs this business is about signing new members, not providing a good service. Once they have the authority to auto deduct your bank acct you are meaningless to them. I spent an entire afternoon trying to talk to a manager 1st at the Overland Park location where they told me she wasn't in. I then drove to lees Summit and was told the same. While sitting in my car, I observed her sneaking out after she thought I left. PLEASE BEWARE DON'T MAKE THE HUGE MISTAKE I DID!!

Love it!!. I went to this medical spa with concerns of unwated hair and some skin issues. The manager was great and helped recommend what I needed. I had IPL hair removal and no I am so excited to say I am hair free. I also had so IPL photofacials/ and peels. I am so happy with the way my skin looks. I will also admit to getting some injections. I got Botox and filler in my lips. Everything I did with rajeunor was a great experience. And it was the best money I ever spent.

Burned with permanent scars. The staff was very inexperienced which resulted in permanent scars on my face. When I talked with the doctor he was very unsympathetic as well as the office manager Anna. I basically paid 2000 dollars to have scars for life. I went to the Kansas location but I doubt that matters. DO NOT GO TO THIS "medical spa" !!!!!!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if it let me.

Best staff and services in the city. After scheduling consults with plastic surgeons, dermatologists and other medspas I finally found Rajeunir. They made me feel great about myself and were very attentive in addressing my needs, not what they had to sell me. The free skin analysis opened my eyes to what I was doing to my skin and what I needed to do. I purchased a series of IPL photofacials and their Fractional Skin treatments and I am truly amazed with my results. I look great! Highly recommend visiting one of there locations to see what you can do to look younger and better.
